4-H Halloween Festival - Afton, WY

Fun Halloween Carnival. This is a fundraiser for 4H members to pay their dues and educational needs. Tickets are $1 each buy as many as you want. Food and snacks available for purchase. Lots of fun games and a free book for every kid.
